The Dickinson Park Playground Portland Parks and Recreation has budgeted $188,000 (in addition to the $17,000 raised by the neighborhood for play equipment). We had our first meeting with the Parks planner in early November. After design, permitting, bid process, etc. are complete, he estimates construction will take about 2 months. Neighborhood Association Meetings The Crestwood Neighborhood Association meets the 2nd Wednesday of the following months: Jan, Mar, May (elections), July, Sept, Nov. Meetings are held at 7:00pm in the library of the
West Portland United Methodist Church at
